not a ford guy got a question about fuel system for 2014 6.7

hey guys dont know any thing about hi pressure electronic injection let alone fords. 12v dodge guy here. we just lost 2 trucks at work due to water in the fuel. was just up at the ford dealer talking to the tech and manager i asked why the water in fuel light didnt go on. they said buy the time id does it is too late. the seperator only holds 3cc of water that is it. so my question is what do i need to do to put an air dog filtersystem on. do i need to remove any of the stock filters or lift pump or can i just install it.
