NOT p-pumping my 24v but swaping the motor to 12v?

I do not want to p-pump my 24v. I want to replace it with a 12v that I have already.
My truck is a 1998.5 24v 5 speed.
What wiring issues am I going to run into? If any?

no one knows? I did a search but unless I am wording something wrong all I got back had to do with p-pumping my 24v.

just use the parts to p pump the 24v. seriously its a freaking mess of wires to put the 12v in the truck.
