Does it pop out under full load or say when your letting off the throttle? Could be a few things. The plastic shift fork bushings could be gone, wore out so the shift hub is not fully engaging. The teeth on the synchro hub have a dual taper. One angle for going into gear and a backcut taper to keep it in gear. After a lot of wear from Pullin g clutches and rough shifting it can wear the teeth flat so it will fall out of gear.
