oil in radiatior overflow

Was going up a long steep grade the motor just stoped. It would not restart. After checking some things, there is oik in the radiator overflow. There is no water on the dip stick. Any idea what the problem might be? Were should I start first?

What is the best thing to do? Rebuild or replace it. The truck has 330 K miles on it?

The 7.3 manual says to flush it 3 times with dish soap. How much soap should you use at a time and how long should each flush be?
