well guys after looking around for the oil, i believe its defintly coming from someonething associated with the turbo..that rod coming out of the bottom of the EBPV is covered with oil, would this make sense for that to be leaking oil?? if i do it i'm replacing the o rings anyway...i was just tryin to ask around and see if my thinkin is correct or i'm just wrong...then another question if i want to get the high flow outlet and the non ebpv pedistal is that all i would need to eliminate the EBPV?? and are there any advantages to do this??

My truck was leaking oil from the ebpv actuator as well. I pulled the pedestal, gutted it, tapped the hole and put a pipe plug in it. Reinstalled with new o rings and no more oil leak. I also installed a van turbo at the same time. If you don't install the high flow outlet you will need to pull the butterfly valve out of the stock outlet.
