Old cummins big rig motors

This may be a stupid question but is there any way to swap p pump on to an older cummins motor like the iron lung cummins or the NTC 350?

Anything is possible with enough money. But to do that you're gonna have to rob to armored trucks to get enough cash.

NH cummins uses a disc pump. 855ci has a PT pump. they are unit injection (ish)
