A friend of min has a 2001 6 speed truck with a hot rod vp-44, 100 hp injectors, HTT 66/13, McCleod twin disc clutch RASP fuel system and a few other odds and ends. He is thinking of goign to a p-pump on this truck. It is worth it? And what all is needed? I know we'll need the p-pump, front case, fuel lines, pump gear and some miscellanious stuff like oil lines, fuel feed lines throttle cable etc. If we were to do the conversion, will it work better with bigger injectors or just stay with the 100hp sticks? I guess we might as well go with a cam while its out also.

What kind of power is he wanting? 350-400HP seems to be just fine with the conversions but they seem to get a little wonky when you push beyond that on the street. For the high HP combo's they work good though. It's just something about that middle ground though.
