Alright,

Pretty novice when it comes to the p7100, what were all the pump titles and what were the adv./disadv. to each of the pumps...

94-95 160 pump in auto. 175 pump in manual. Both with a D shape cam.
96-98 180 pump auto maybe. 215 pump manual

What were the any advantages or disadvantages to these pump changes? Is there any one pump perferred over the rest?

I believe the 215 pumps retard timing something like 4* at wide open throttle.

Did you search at all? There's numerous threads covering this subject.
