Question on Bd turbo?

So I purchased a turbo from a local add,seller told me it is a Bd special and worked awesome until he out grew it.After the excitement wore off I realized its not wastegated and the one on BD's site shows it is.After countless hrs of research I have come to the conclusion its from Bds tow twins as the bottom turbo.My question is will it work on a daily driver as a single?
 
so is it a non-gatesd 66? if so i dont think it will dd or tow very well

I would have to dig it up, but there is a reference here somewhere that says its a 66/74 S310.
If so, it should have a V band to hold the turbine housing on.
I have a gated housing but don't know specs on it.

if your right and its the primary from the tow twins kit then its a 66
