quick change vs ultimate quick change

so i'm looking at profabs and i was just wondering if it is worth the extra to get the ultimate vs the standard quick change, only difference i see is the change gears are slightly wider, so is it worth the money?

if you're going to play in a big 3.0 ODL class with 1200+ hp i would get the wider geared box.
