Rail Pressure Formula

I swear I remember reading somewhere about some sort of rail pressure formula or rule of thumb

Looking for:

Each additional 1000psi above 22,500 = 10hp all the way up to 2X,000 in which the benifit is not worth the risk of breaking X amount of parts.

every 1k over 23k = 15-20 HP avg, many variables here.
