Rebuilding 11.5 AAM

I'm in the process of rebuilding the rear diff on my 03 dodge, I ordered a carrier bearing kit and new ring and pinion. The guy I ordered the kit through said it is coming with OEM bearings which I see now in the kit that they are Koyo brand. Anybody ever used these bearings? I would prefer to use Timken but will use these if they are good quality. Thanks
 
Koyo has been used by both Dana and AAM for sometime now. As far as rearend bearing kits go, Koyo's are less money than timkens and just as good.
 
Good to hear. I forgot to mention that I do sled pull with the truck but mostly street miles. Horsepower roughly 750-800. Don't know if that changes anyones opinion.

Nah, your good. What brand of gears did you go with? Make sure you set them up to the gear manufacturers spec and not OE repair manual spec.
