Reduced engine power and sucked air filter after tuner and exh

Just installed a SCT and 5" dp back exhaust on my 08, and now everytime you get on it for a little while it sucks down the filter minder and/or reduces engine power. Any ideas why on the power? I guess you just have to use an intake with these, because I already replaced the air filter and it still sucks it down.

Bodie, mine didnt suck in the airfilter, but I did lose 100 hp on the top tune with the stock air filter. That is how bad the stock air intake is, and actually how much air these babies move

Wow, that crazy. I guess an intake is next on the list.

Yeah it actually blew me away how much less black smoke I got with the afe intake
