Hello all, I have a good friend of mine and she just brought a 2015 crewcab dually 3500 4x4 limited. I noticed awhile back her right front tire was wearing and told her to get it checked out. After the alignment, the tech's could not find anything and said it was in spec. It has 25k miles on it and the tire is bald! She took it to the dealer and they said rotate tires every 6k miles and align every 12k miles. They told her there was no fix for the problem and she would have to eat the cost of 2 new front tires. I have never heard of a tire wearing this bad (without something worn out) or a dealer not helping out somewhat (still under warranty). Have any of you had this problem or know of any TIB's out about this? She is about to sell it and buy a GM or Ford if it can't be fixed. This is only on the right side.
