When is a full set of rules going to come out for drag racing and sled pulling?

At the bottom of the pulling rules page it states "See NADM rulebook for specific class guidelines". That makes me think there is more that I need to know. What am I missing. Feb 23rd is coming very fast. How do I get a rule book?

Build to the posted rules, and you will be fine.
The books are not back from the printer yet. The good news, is, I do not for see any major changes for the following year.
