shutting down all power

my 05 is running great and all of a sudden it will die all gauges fall and it will come back and drive good but it is getting worse it has 220 k had injectors cked they are ok. it will die and i pull over and unhook both batteries wait 5 andreplace batts and it will start...any help please...........
 
Did you clean the battery connections? Check the connections on the ECM also.
 
I had a truck come into the shop that was doing something similar. I found that the fuse block was heavily corroded on the bottom side. Replaced the block and everything was sorted out.
 
yes i did check the batteries, cleaned them - ok i will try the fuse block, ialso ran a extra ground wire to the computer. thanks for info..
 
tried the fuse block with no luck, it was running great and everything shuts off and it coast a little ways and fires back up and runs ruff, then it will die. wait 5 min and started back up and madr it home.
