single wheel to duals.

hey guys looking to convert my single wheel truck into dually to put a flat bed on it. I know you need the stud piloted wheels. Do you have to change brake drums or put a wheel spacer in between drum and first dually wheel to make this work. i was hoping that someone out there has done it. im sure it cant be to hard. or how is the factory dually set up? any help would be appreciated. thanks

The easiest thing to do would be to find a dually axle at a junkyard.
