I'm a goin'. From what I've seen, there will be twice as many people if not more, than last year.

Getting on the dyno's going to be tough. Sign up starts at 8am !

forget the pull... lets line'um up at the track. That outta be cool seeing 2 mega's on 37's pulling in under 8 in the 1/8th although you having twins will put a hurtin on me :)

I went last year for the first time and had a blast. I won't be able to make this one. With the plant I work at shut down for most of the year I'm lucky to still have a job. I have to do my turn being night watch man and can't get off. Every event so far this yesr I'm working.

That's not any fun for you BillyRam. We missed you at Albany too ! I know what you mean though... times are tough for a lot of people right now.

Maybe you can make it to the CompD shin dig or at least Commerce
 
I'll be there! I can't wait to try out my new setup. I have heard that there is a pull close by if anyone wants to pull i am sure the tractor guys will let us play after they are done:woohoo:.
 
i should be there! few of us went last year and had a great time and billysram helped me fix a boost leak on my truck!!
 
mudn-1 is your wife letting to go or do you need to spend so time with her that week end.
 
my family owns a cabin about 5-10 mins from the track if you are interested..nothing special..but its right on a sweet creek!

There are 2 hotels within 10 miles of the sled track. I will be talking to them to get special rates just for Smokin. There is also a large lake near by that has a campground. I will look into all this and let everyone know what I find out.

We are planning to start at 2:00 pm for sled pulls and by 9:00 am for the dyno to give the guys time to prep the sled track and for anyone who wants to dyno before they pull can get on the list. If anyone will be staying closer to I-85 we could hook up and attend the Atlanta Dragway test and tune grudge matches they have every Friday night.
