Okay, just got back from a trip with the 5th wheel and it is still puking about a gallon of coolant. I have done the headgaskets and ARP studs, SCT tune for towing with the EGR valve closed and now the sneaky pipe and block off installed, on the 3rd EGR cooler(just replace before sneaky pipe install). overflow bottle and cap replaced. Pulling 6-7% grades the truck starts to show signs off the water temps climbing too much, finally the truck down shifts, holds about 3500rpm and 45 mph and the coolant temp drops back to about 3/4 gauge. Stop at the top and about a gallon of coolant is all over the engine compartment. What else could this be? The truck is a 2006 F350 DRW Tow Boss (4.30 rear gears) 4x4 crew cab, 44,000 miles, running SCT with Eric's tunes, AFE 4" turbo back exhaust with the stock cat in place, sneaky pipe. No lift, no large tires, pulling a 16,000 pound 5th wheel toy hauler.

Please help me find the next place to look, dealer has pressure tested the system and all checks out, they state that there is nothing wrong.

Thanks

you need to check you oil temps..it could be a clogged oil cooler..if its clogged..it will puke like a mofo
