straight axleing a 95 ex cab

has any one ever done a straight axle swap if so maby you can help me out i have a front dana 60 we wanna put under my buddys rig but have no clue where to start.
 
Its really actuatly easy, Drop the the TTB axle, Depending on the year of the Axle and the year of the truck its goin under will determine if you can re-use the trucks calipers or get new ones. If the axle is a '84-'93 (i Think) you will have to change calipers, if its '94-and newer the calipers are the same.. Remove the brackets from the crossmeber for the TTB, as you will need some of those holes for the track bar bracket, then align the springs and bolt up the Dana 60.. And you may want to change pitman arms too, If you swaping in the F350 front springs (Positive Arch) over the negative arch F250 springs
