Talk about some torque

I have been wanting to go since I ever seen one of Eric's Video's years ago. The Black Stallion is a Beast.

I attended the rodeo du camion in 09 and it was the best time ive had. The red and gold truck is driven by Nicholas Gagnon and is the same truck as the maroon and silver one. Its a cat c15 acert 2 with a Custom Cigma hanging on it. In the finals when they r hauling triples they are 210,000 in the wagon. That track is the main street in the town of Notre Dame De Nord and they shut the town down for this event. The population swells from 1500 to 60,000 plus for this 3 day event.
No it's not. It's a C15 (like a 6nz serial prefix) not an Acert. And it's a fully electronic engine. It's programmed by Louis from Boost Engineering. He can do anything you want to the ECM, like 3850rpm. He can do just about any brand or model.

He does the programming for most of the big competitors up there including Eric Bouchard.

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEuc3Sxmin0"]The program dumps so much fuel at each injection pulse the only way the ECM can maintain idle is to shut down cylinders.[/ame]

After watching these videos again and salivating all over my keyboard....it really makes my efforts to add power to my little dually insignificant and a complete waste of time. LOL

No Nitrous, lots of timing. The truck throws 2 foot flames out the stacks under no load when he revs it off the governor.

This truck here has 3 stages of 500 on a 8v92 detroit.

Boost Engineering

Is this the boost engineering company you were refering to? My Dad wants to do some things to his little Paccar PX8 powered Peterbilt because it's such a turd. I've been trying to find someone who could help him for a while now, but I can't seem to find anything worthwhile. I know this little engine is probably not what they specialize in but maybe they could point us in the right direction.

So I've been driving truck for 15yrs, can shift like a mofo, but holy hell! What are these guys doing? Powershifting? Autoshifters? Rebuilding their trannys after every season? That's the most impressive thing in these video's I think.

I've heard they remove some of the unused parts from the transmissions, up the air pressure and volume to the splitter to shift faster. They said some of these guys can swap transmissions and rear ends in between races when things explode.

And the real amazing part is I've heard they don't really have engine problems. I read that they can break piston skirts but don't really have the issues you'd think.
