tires on 99 dodge 2500

Its time to replace the tires on my 2wd 99 dodge 2500. I have 265/75r16s now. Is this the largest tire that will clear? Anyone running 285/75s? I do light towing and daily drive. Whats yalls choice on tire?

i got 285/75's mud terrains on a 97 4wd and they slightly rub if turning hard.

so clearing for dodge 2wd, I would look into front leveling kits...around $80 or so.

I'll prolly be investing in one eventually.

I run a Dunlop Radial Rover RXVT...and the size I use is pretty tall for mileage (34") with no rub at all...255/85/16
