What's everyone running for a divorced transfer case?
I don't want to spend the money on a SCS box with 2wd disconnect.
A 5 ton case would hold up just fine, but the size and weight are a deal breaker.
I don't know if a 2.5 ton case would last.
Looking to make 2000 lb ft at the flywheel, low gear is 14:1, so worst case 28,000 lb ft going into the transfer case. Not going to baby the truck, shock loads will be common.
Truck will pull progressive and stone boat, tow toys on the highway, and see some off roading. Shooting for bulletproof drivetrain.
