transfer tank math

ok a buddy of mine is makin me a tank to go in my bed that will fit between my stacks and my wheel wells and wont get in the way of my gooseneck ball all in my shortbed.......im baddddddd with math....can someone help me figure out what the approximate gallons it will be off the dimensions? its gonna be 14 inches deep, 20 inches tall, and 62 1/2 inches wide. any help would be appreciated.
