truck shuts down while driving

so the other night driving down the freeway and my truck just shuts off. throws a p1693 code and wont start unless i unhook my adrenaline and plug it back it. and it the truck runs fine as long as the chip isnt on. what could be going on?? any help would be great!! TIA

Well all I can tell you is the 1693 is a companion code. Which means theres other codes stored in your computer that you'll need to check with a scanner or Smarty or something. Maybe double check all your connections with the ADR.

thanks im sending the chip to quadzilla tomorrow to have it reflashed and if it keeps doin it then its somethin else

no thats the crazy part only maybe at like 5 psi everytime. i pulled the other day with it and i hit 40 psi and it held up to it.

like mine if i tach it above 3500 it shuts off and you gotta unplug it and plug it back up

and when mine did it i was only at maybe 1800 and id have to do the same thing....

turns out it had a resistor that had blown
