Has anyone looked at or done R&D on turbochargers for a given transmission type
ie surmizing that one is using exactly the same turbocharger make/model, would one run a totally different wheel and housing and/or turbine for say an auto trans vs a std trans 2.8 turbo pull truck?
If so what differences would one look for to improve performance in either truck?
with all of the many variants of turbochargers out there for a 2.8 class, is there one turbocharger that really stands out in either an auto or std trans truck?
