Valve Body Exchange: Will mine pass?

I'm thinking of going with a Garmon VB for my 47RH. Currently I have the OEM VB modified with a DTT shift kit. The installation of the shift kit required a hole be drilled through one of the dividers and another small groove be filed down. These mods were done to one of the aluminum halves of the VB.

Would this VB still be a viable core?
