VE Questions......

ive wondered about a few things since tearing down and rebuilding my VE this week......

1st Question......i installed the 3200 spring but i was wondering if you was building a pulling truck with a hand throttle could you skip the spring and install a solid connection????

2nd Question.....what exactly does the fly weight assembly do??? can they be lightened to open up faster???

3rd Question.....what will adjusting the governor shaft in or out do???

For this serious stuff 1stgen.org is a good place to go. Everyone has elected to keep their spring, though you can get a 4200spring. But over there is a lot of pullers.
