Ok I just replaced my VP and it fixed the rpm droping hard. Now it is surging when I stop, about 4 surges. A while back I put a timbomb apps on and the lowest I could get numbers was .671. People are telling me to replace apps.That ecm mybe searching for idel mod.
 
Eng. surging up and down, about 125 rpm drop then back to idel . It will do this about 4 times every time you bring it to a stop.
