which is the cleanest and neatest way to run a filter and dump valve before the bump. anyone have pics can help me out?
 
You want the main filter after the pump. Just a "screen" type high micron filter before the pump.

their is no room to mount it any where. is it ok to mount it on the frame then run it all the way back?
