Weight transfer sleds specs ?

we have no sleds in your area ( Calgary ab Canada )
So i am thinking of building one. just wondering if anyone on here has one or the spec of one ? ( low tech unit )

Our tractor club built a low tech one. Out of a sea can chassis. Used the rails and then put a truck diff underneath attached to a truck trans which inturn spins a winch drum with a sprocket welded on it. That's what pulls the boxes of weights up to the top. Works good.

I don't have specs on it but cant be to hard to build. Guy by me has built two of them in his shop here is a few pictures he had on his facebook one of it being built and it done
