What brand is this gooseneck?

My truck came with a gooseneck hitch but no ball. Anyone here recognize it so I can get one ordered?
 
Measure the hole to verify then call up B&W to verify their ball fits it.
 
It appears to be a b and w. Post pics of the side plates

I want to say B&W but that side plate screams draw tite. What is the year and make of the truck

It's a 2004 F250. I don't think it's a b&w because they have a round tube with the square hole for the ball to go into and the drawtite hitches have a round hole not square. I'll have to measure and see if a b&w ball has the same dimensions.
