What happened here?

I don't think he blew the motor...as you can tell the engine keeps running & the truck drives off.

I think he must have blown a hose off.
 
that was from 03. pretty much all the EEP truck sounded like that. He just let out of it at the end AFAIK.
 
He didnt blow anything, he was just getting whoed before the sled rammed him in the taillights. I would say the track was coming to an end, that you can't see in the video.


I have another video of someone stopping a sled the incorrect way- with his brakes, :badidea:I need to put that up, very educational.
 
In 03, every high power/high boost Cummins spit about a gallon of oil out the draft tube.
Most of them ran a stream of oil out the draft, whole way down the track.
 
Some still puke LOL ,, Sledy put up some old vids and tell them who that is they might know the truck today
 
The newbies don't even know the grandfathers of the sport from 5 years ago!!!

The truck in the video above is still pulling today, has won all the major pulls at least once and I would say, a leader in the Mod classcurrently, as well as a pioneer of that class, back in the day.
