What kinda HP do yall think I'm pushing??? I know I need more AIR....I'm working on that. :rockwoot:

Mass Diesel 150hp injectors
Edge Comp
AFE 6" race filter
Upgraded fuel system
Suncoast tranny
4" straight pipe to 6" stacks

Oh and I dynoed 315 with a Comp box, BHAF and just a shift kit.

350-375 MAX IMHO, the 35 just won't flow enough air to support the fuel you have available. Jgendr had a setup very close to yours, the best he could do with the stock turbo was about 370-380HP, swapped turbos and jumped up to 425 :evil
 
Yeah that little turbo is killing me. There is a PDR40 for sale in the classifieds for 600, but I just don't know if I want to take my chances with breaking the shaft.


Any other guesses or did Billy nail it?
 
A buddy of mine has a Comp, BHAF, 100hp nozzles, Goerend bros trans, 4inch exhaust, and holley blue pump, with stock hy35. On a 2001 3500, with a pretty badly hurt VP.

He ran 377hp 823tq on Dunbars dyno at Smokin' in the Smokies, with a very small spray of Propane (didn't wanna blow a headgasket)

He now has 150hp nozzles w/ drag upgrade on comp and new VP. he hopes to be over 400hp, now he just has a badly barking turbo, when he gets on it then lets off quick.
