Slowly getting my truck ready for my only visit to the track this year. I pieced together a kit with a new Cheater solenoid and some 3an lines. Going to see how quick of a time I can get without no2 and then spray it with a .060 jet and see how it goes. 11s would be sweet

Going to spray my 64/74/14

Hopefully having the larger turbine wheel will help

Not yet, but let us know how it goes. I have 2 gates on my manifold in case I feel froggy.

I should have said start off with a .060 jet at half track , then spray out of the hole, then jet it higher. I'll take video

You will be just fine with spraying that turbo and fueling setup. Going bigger than an .060 jet probably won't net much gain with the amount of fuel you have available.

I know I've sprayed my stock appearing hx35 for 2 Sean's no problems with a .50 jet and a few passes with a .72 and has held in there going on another season with that jet change picked up around 200hp on dyno you should be just fine if you don't put all of it at the s300

Who is spraying with s300? someone that can afford another turbo lol

That turbo has a large turbine side relative to the compressor side. Meaning it can bypass the extra exhaust heat and volume the nitrous shot will add. Nevermind the thrust load of a 64mm comp wheel isn't terrible on a S300 frame. If he had a maxed pump and 5x.018's and was going for a bigger shot my opinion would change. There just isn't enough fuel to burn to kill that turbo as long as his wastegate is functioning properly.

The guy wanting to spray a S369sxe with 5x.020's and a maxed pump now that is pushing the S300 frame well beyond its intended limits:hehe::ft:

The orifice of the solenoid I have is .091" I believe. I have a 4an from the bottle to the solenoid and 3an for the solenoid to the nozzle.

I have a zero plate set right in the middle, 19* , 160 gph pusher pump. Thinking about adding 5* more timing. I'll get to test it out by my shop in a week or 2. I have a .040 jet and a .060 jet and a bunch of drill bits ranging up to .090"

I've never been an NO2 guy, but do you guys set up regulators before the orifice, or does the orifice do that job well enough? If not, I feel like bottle pressure is going to play a big role.

Once again, 100% NO2 novice.

No regulator

This is the 2nd kit I've owned (1st kit was for my 383 s10) and have not installed one of them yet. From what I understand is it works best when the bottle pressure is over 950. My setup is basic and it goes from The bottle to the purge solenoid, n20 solenoid , nozzle and jet. So the solenoid can become a restriction or the lines or the fittings.

From what I've read and asked this pieced together kit I have now should be good for a nice little boost. I've also read that spraying an s300 isn't that good for the turbo amd I've also read of guys spraying them.
