Found the heads of the GMC Duramax i'm workin on too be Warped.. So I called the Company that I'm fixin the truck for and they decided i needed to find a replacement engine.. I called around and HOLY CRAP:doh: There are only 3 of them in the local Salvage yards:
1. '02 135K miles asking $3500 +core
2. '02 112K miles asking $3200 +core
3. '03 46K miles asking $4000 +core
So we decided on the '03 engine, for the low miles, though it wasn't the cheapest, but it should have a good bunch of life left, since The last D-Max lasted 235K..Crazy considering you can pick up Cummins and Strokes for less:hehe:
