    Using Tow/Haul mode

Towing my 1066 around using my dually with a total weight around 18,500-19,000. Using tow/mode the truck seems to do a lot of upshifting and downshifting. This makes me a little uneasy. Am I being paranoid? I guess I'm just looking for a little advice. Thanks

Whats the going rate for hauling?

Got a friend of a friend that wants me to haul his 1066 for him. Not a light load but not super heavy. I have the stuff to do it, but am unsure what the rate is for towing with a truck and gooseneck. Its a friends friend so no deal cutting here, diesel ain't cheap! Thanks guys

1066 bout to go under the knife, got some questions.

Got a 1066 that I'm about to restore and turn into a farm stock puller, as well as still work in the field. Looking at the wide sprag 5 disc on the high side T/A, seems like everyone has had good luck with it. Whats the thoughts here on Comp D? Also not sure what clutch to put in this thing...

4" or 5" turbo back straight pipe exhaust?

I'm sure this question has been beat to death, but I have tried to search and either the search isn't working, or my ability to do a correct search is lacking. As asked above, the truck will eventually see a twin turbo kit and some other mods to get me to 650hp or so. I only wanna do one...

    Is it death wobble?

Well guys, I have yet to ever witness the death wobble first hand. My truck is an 06 with a leveling kit and 285/17's. On the highway at certain speeds and it seems certain roads I get a vibration, just through the steering wheel. I think I may have a possible ball joint that may have some...

    Pulling T/A

Well I decided to go with the family's 1066 for my farm stock build, it has quite a history with us, so why not continue it right? The T/A is gone out of it, I was looking for a t/a specifically designed to be heavy enough to withstand pulling, I have come up empty handed on that search. I...

1135, what can be done fuel pump wise

We bought it as a suitable replacement to ease the usage of the 1066, but it just doesn't have the ass that the 10 does. I know its got alot less cubes, but it is rated close to the 10 is, but doesn't seem to pull as hard. Any ideas? Thanks

How do Hots and Farm Stocks

Run in the same class? One should walk all over the other. I ask because I am really looking for a 1466 to compete in the Farm Stock but from what I see most of the places around here run them in the same class as "Hots" I don't really wanna be the last in the pull. Unless they run them...
