The cruise on my 97 won't work I've replaced the module and the switch in the steering wheel and checked the vacuum lines do wth could it be????

I have 140hp injectors been reading up on the he351cw off a 04 to 07 cummins 5.9 and seeing that a bunch of people are putting them on a 12v is it really worth it!!!!! Wanting to get about 400hp or so thinking on a fuel plate to dk yet

I have a 97 cummins with a 5 speed in already but I found a 04 6speed for $500 but need to know if it'll bolt in/hook up the same as my 5speed without any problems :stab::stab:HELP!!!!!!

Got my 97 5 speed truck I've put a s&b cold air intake & a 140hp injectors in and going to do 21* pump timing, 191 delivery valves, #10 or #8 fuel plate, fass fuel pump, 5" exhaust, south bend dual disk clutch and of course a Pryo and boost gauge but can't figure out what turbo I need to run...
