I was just wondering how you figure what gears to run for a pulling truck? I have an 01 dodge ppumped with a 6 speed, i broke an axle last night so i figured id start getting it ready for next year and am trying to figure out what gears to run. Any input would be great!

I have an 01 that's ppumped that seems to have lost the usuall smoke still seems to run good but at high rpms it sounds like its screaming an has a slight tick and maybe a light miss I'm thinking the timing slipped wanted to get some input

Well it's time to replace the valair dd clutch I was thinking about goin with Kenny's pulling parts clutch either the 4000lb Bronze inlay 2 disc or the 3 disc 3400 or 4000lb anyone running any of these clutches? And how are they to deal with as far as replacing smoked clutches? I know southbend...
