    Well i finally hit the dyno yesterday and i put down some decent numbers. With all the mods and at an elevation of around 6000ft, the truck put down 587HP,1076 on torque. on the drive home the head gasket blew.     5th gear problems

    Has anyone seen a gear failure on 5th gear like this with the nut still tight? It happened when i was driving empty in 5th pulling up a small hill pushing maybe 8-10 psi of boost. The tans is in the a shop now being gone through, the trans guy i trust said he has never seen anything like it...

    The fan clutch on my dads 95 f350 seems to stay on even the engine is cold/not working hard. When should it disengage?

    Over fueled/under fueled

    How do you know when you have the afc adjustments just right? I backed the fuel off by pulling the plate back a bit and backing out the pre boost yet my egts will now climb faster than they did before. Crusing egts are now about 100 degrees hotter.

    Aftermarket turbo/AFC

    Well i am going to be installing a BD super b special on my 97 12 over the break. I just had a question about the boost reference line the runs to the back of the AFC. Do you have to tee into the waste gate line on the turbo so it still gets the reference or just plug/leave that line disconnected?
