I've got a '06 LBZ, w/ Diablosport Sport tuner. just looking for insight on putting in a SS EGR blockoff plate. Is it worth it? Does it add any HP? Will it throw a code? Any help is grateful, thanks

lookin for some input on changing my stock tire size(215/85/16) up to a (235/85/16). I know it's not much bigger, only about 4% but thinking it will help high gear a little more. wondering if anyone has negitive ideas about this or if its a good idea. its a '06 GMC crew dually LBZ/6speed...
