so I need some help here my 93 dodge 250 cummins auto runs like a champ but shifts hard from 3rd to fourth and when it hits fourth it some times stays in or it kicks right back to third how do I fix this we just put a new transmission in it btw

Im Jarod, I just found out about this site from a buddy at work. I have a 1993 dodge 250 cummins auto, bought it as a truck to fix up and keep one more gen 1 around. im looking for some pointers on this truck and I have some questions so if any one knows a lot about these please help me haha
