Just started my SC P pump 24 valve, idles at 1300 RPM, lever is all the way back, screw all the way down. Pump was rebuilt and benched with 4000 GS, Zero Plate etc. Hate to have to lossen springs but what else would make it idle so high? Thanks, Rick
