finely started tearing down my motor getting rid of those leaky fire rings. its been about 3 months sense I brought this up last time. I have to figure out what im goin to do about those grooves in the heads. any ideas?

cant get them to seal i have arp studs only have 10,000 miles on them this Will be my 2nd set. can i put stock gaskets over the ring groove in the heads or do i have weld them up?
