Hey Jeff, came across a T6 manifold for the 855 off of a more modern engine, I was curious if you could check availability and price is you can get it.
Part number is 4979141.
Thank you very much.
Curious if you have any products or could suggest what cover to use on a HT4C holset, what could I get you to make it easier to judges what might fit? Any specific measurements? Thank you.
Looking to replace a thermocouple on one of my semis, I notices the temp ratings on the probes of 0-1600 or 0-2000, is this the gauges they are desgined for, or just suggested max temp rating?
Thank you.
Selling a HX82 I have, has a factory 4.25" cast wheel and 13 blade G trim turbine. Would like $1200 for it with no exhaust housing. Can ship for a price.
Is there any performance change that will be noticed from having this much difference between ring locations between this aluminum piston and the monotherm.
Like to get a price on a few items, genuine cummins and aftermarket if available.
3058848 - barrel and plunger
3052229 - injector cup
3018814 - injector cup
Thank you.
Wanted to see if you could get me a price on a BW exhaust housing. The part number is 14961016100 TH, should be a 1.58 housing for 96/88 turbine wheel.
Thank you.
Recently I tried a set of twins on my 855 cummins, this was more to see what would happen instead of out of need. In doing so I didn't gain hardly any overall boost maybe 4-5psi.
The manifold turbo is a HT4B holset with a 84mm inducer and the low pressure turbo is a HX82 with a 108mm inducer...
Curious if anyone has the specs on both turbos and if they are interchangable with their normal counterparts.
Mainly interested in the LP turbo and how it compares to the other GT55s and if the traditional housings for the aftermarket GT55s will fit it properly.
I was wondering if the probes for the old isspro pyrometers are still available, I have a factory gauge in my 79 Kenworth and I believe all that I need is a new probe and it might come back to life.
What's the best way to identify what model of gauge I have?
Anyone ever seen a HC5/HX82 exhaust wheel that is smaller than the E trim wheel at 3.9", I pulled one out of a turbo this past weekend that has a exducer around 3.5" but the major diameter is still the same. Didn't know if this was a modified wheel or something actually offered by holset.
There is talk of BOB requiring us to run some sort of kill switch in our semi class, my truck will be driven to some of the pulls, is there a type of shutoff that will stand up to take the pounding of being driven on the road without tripping.
