I'm posting this for a buddy he has a 99 3500 and put this 2001 motor in it but because of the compatability issues being in a 99 truck he just found another 99 engine to make the swap easier. It's a ho motor has 130,000 miles on it he used the accessories on his motor so its just what's in the pictures that you get does have stock exhaust manifold and the fan bracket and pulley still on engine is located in Lancaster PA he's asking 1,500 or best offer post reply or PM me if interested
