01 24v To 12v Swap

lots of it when you have got a 12v sittin in the shop that you have nothing in. even with my parts there is several $ to buy the lines, getting pump built, and such.

gotcha.... i was just curious, would a p-pumped 24v bring more power overall then a p-pumped 12v? or not much of a difference either way

On the extreme end of things, yes, for a daily driver? Not enough to worry about IMHO for the added expense of P pumping the 24V.

I think the power debate of 12v vs. 24v head will rage for all eternity. Dont you need metric to standard adapters for putting the 24v sensors in the 12v?

yes have to make your own from what i was told for the oil psi, coolant temp, and intake air temp. but they are all the same thread 14x1.5mm they told me and on the 01 02 you have to get the haisley cam position sensor bracket for the p-pump conversion and install a 01 02 cam gear with tone ring on the 12v cam is all i can come up with. all gauge are supose to work then remove check engine light bulb. and will have to hard wire the fuel shutoff but i have a complete doner truck. so i have the relays and peices of the harness i need.
