01 5spd swap question!

i was seeing if anyone has ran into this before. i swapped my 01 from auto to 5spd last july and the only problem that i have ran into is when you 1st start out in 1st or 2nd gear it feels like it defuels at 2k. after it does it the 1st time it doesnt do it again until the truck is shut off and started again. if anyone has any ideas that would help complete everything so i can start buildin the truck up.

I had the some what of the same problem but mine was stuck at the 2k mark. I had to replace my ECM,PCM and abs module from an 01 with a 5speed.
