My lines have seen better days and I cant find any kind of parts list on a diy replacement anyone out there have any info on lengths sizes and connectors Ill need? 01 qcab short bed 4 wheel disk 60 front 80 rear thanks in advance for any help. Brandon

you are going to be best off buying a 25' roll or 2 of 3/16" brake line and bending and making your own. No where is going to give you and exact list of what you need.

Good luck. I have a collapsed line and can't find anything. Dodge want like 600 for a new line. It's looks to be a one piece line. Will Prolly have to cut and make your own.

Yea thats my plan Ive never ran brake lines before and im deff not going to the dealer for pre bent ones. I was just wondering about the connectors is there anything special involved? Thanks for the responces

I bought ones for my 2000 dana 80 from the dodge dealer. The ones on the axle. They were not that bad. It sure beets the heck out of bending lines. And having a foot of line left over.

The one on my axle is fine I just want to replace all the other hard lines. Thanks

my dad's 2002 just blew the rear line next to the fuel tank tonight. i will let you know tommorow lol.. gonna tear into it. probably run new from front to rear etc....

Buy the stainless steel set from classic tube- When i bought mine for my 2000 with 2 wheel abs it was like $360.00 included every line on the truck all custom bent they were perfect... and the best part is that ill never ever have to do them again. I think they only offer kits for long beds but since mine is a SB i had to cut about 3 feet out of the middle flare and union it.

how are the stainless lines?..i've heard they don't seal well , etc due to line being harder?

I had no problems with the lines that were pre flared from the compnay, I had to flare one of my connections twice because you have to be super careful and make sure everythings straight. When i was done with the flares for the union in the middle i took the dremel with a stone to the flares to smooth them out and they didnt leak.

I ran into this problem a couple weeks ago. My dealer doesnt even offer pre-bent lines, told me they just order 80' rolls of steel line at a timee and bend them in house.

My 97 blew a pine hole in the rear line behind the tank a couple years ago, we just crimed it off in front fo the tank because it was a puller only. I finally pulled the old line out from the junction block over the axle and turned out my pin hole was 6" from the junction block. :bang Now I have to replace line all the way up to beside the trans.

I ended up going to autozone yesterday and got 50' of copper/nickel brake line and some fittings got the line ran to the rear it wasnt too bad without dropping the tank I had a friend to help feed while I routed it. Il post when im done with a list of parts needed incase anyone else goes this route.

We had a 96 work truck that rusted the line from the master cyl to the rear. I used line for boat trailer surge brakes that didn't need a tube bender, could be bent by hand without kinking and came with correct fittings already on. Easy and has lasted for years.

circletracksupply.com has 100% complete prebent stainless steel kits. everything fits perfect, and all the fittings are right. they have options for all models; 2wd, 4wd, long bed, short bed, 4wheel disk, QC, SC....just give em a call. excellent customer service.
