01 Ford F-250 crew cab lariat 4x4

I got a 2001 Ford F-250 crew cab short bed 4x4 lariat automatic 7.3 powerstoke. It has around 320,000 on it and the motor has about 200,000 on it. It is rusty, the rocker on the drivers side is shot, along with the cab corners and wheel wells on the bed. It has a ts performance 6 position switch and mrbp exhaust. The switch needs replaced on the chip, front axle shaft u joints need replaced along with passenger side up pipe and front crank seal and tires. Has gooseneck hitch and trailer brake controller. I still drive it everyday to work and such. Nada value in rough shape is 7,xxx I'm asking 6000.00 obo. I will trade for a 2wd regular cab 3500 or older Ford dump truck. Have some extra parts to go with it. I'll get pics up soon.
